For premises licences this includes making site visits to premises to check site plans, liaising with the applicant and/or designated premises supervisor to ensure the application forms are correct prior to submission to the relevant authorities, and if necessary to check on the site notice is displayed correctly where they are required for an application for a premises licence. With other applications these will normally be done via telephone, e-mail, fax, etc., with a preferred 24 hour turnaround on submitting applications for the minor aspects such as changes to the designated premises supervisor, change of trading name, change of address, etc.
